Over the Christmas break I discovered a new television show I love, called Jon and Kate Plus Eight, about a United States-based family that includes one set of twins and one of sextuplets. I generally don't watch much television (before this, the last thing I watched the Olympics), so was wishing their adventures were in book form.
The saying "If you want something done, ask the busiest person" rang true when I found out from my sister this weekend that Jon and Kate had a book published in in November 2008, Multiple Blessings, and have a second, Eight Little Faces, planned for release this year.
I have added this to my I-want-to-read bookshelf while I wait for my sister to mail me her copy. In the meantime, I am still in disbelief that Kate finds the time to mop her floors three times a day.

Gosh, I forgot I was meant to post it to you!! I had better get to the post office SOON! It is a VERY cool book. She is such a control freak, but I guess she kind of has to be. I think she does 6 loads of washing every day.
